Fulton County, AR. – Two men were arrested on felony charges of theft of property after being caught on video stealing.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a residence on May 21, 2024, after receiving a call about a theft from a storage unit along US Highway 62 East in Salem, Arkansas. Once they arrived, the owner of the storage unit showed police a video of two men stealing property. These men were later identified as 46-year-old Floyd Galbraith and 60-year-old Kendall Tuller.

In the video, the two men pulled up in a Ford Ranger and grabbed a cement mixer that was for sale in front of the building. After loading the cement mixer, Tuller backed the truck toward a small bumper tractor with a welder mounted on it. The suspects connected the trailer and left the building. According to the unit manager, the welder had a piece of paper taped to it stating that the welder had been sold.

Deputies contacted Galbraith’s probation officer, who told deputies he was late for a visit and would call him into the office. When Galbraith arrived, officers recognized the Ford Ranger as the same one seen in the video. They approached the vehicle and saw Tuller sitting inside. When questioned, both Tuller and Galbraith stated that they believed the items were left over from a yard sale and were free. Galbraith told officers where the items were located. When they arrived at the indicated location, they were able to locate the trailer and welder, but the cement mixer was gone.

Galbraith and Tuller were both arrested and taken to the Fulton County Detention Center. Galbraith has a criminal record and is being held on a $5,000 bond. Tuller was released on a $5,000 bond.
