Built in 1908, the Port Elgin Library is one of a decreasing number of Carnegie Libraries and is a prominent landmark of the town. The Port Elgin Library has been upgraded, making it more accessible, while saving the unique architectural design. This library offer a large variety of books in both hardcover and soft cover.
